A two day training programme was conducted on August 15th and 16 th 2014 to train 70 yogodans from Tamilnadu and kerala. The trainers were Swami Suddhananada and Swami Omkarananda. The selected participants were requested to conduct rehersal meditation sessions which were video recorded. The video shots were replayed and the trainers pointed  out the mistakes committed by trainees. The participants learnt the proper ways of leading a meditation session practically. In addition Mr.Ragavan of kolkatta , conducted singing class and practical training for singing cosmic  chants with harmonium with out any mistake. These singing sessions greatly helped the singers to improve their performance perceptibly and also enhance the handling and correct use of harmonium. They also had an opportunity  to learn new cosmic chnats and Guru bajans. August 16 the monks conducted review classes on YSS meditation techniques.
